Vera provided real estate service that was timely, professional, economical, and effective. From placing the property on the market to closing was only 2 1/2 months - and we sold for above appraisal. Complicating the process was my location 1,000 miles away from Las Vegas. Vera was absolutely invaluable in finding and getting into our new home. The house we liked was perfect but property itself had issues that needed to be worked out. So navigating the process was not smooth or typical. Luckally, Vera had our back the entire time; keeping us well informed of all the ins and outs. It took about 6 months, but we got the house we wanted, in the neighborhood we wanted, and at the price we wanted.
