Nobu Restaurant & Lounge will commemorate this New Year’s Eve by offering an extravagant, nine-course prix-fixe menu featuring signature Nobu dishes.The holiday menu includes selections such as Toro spicy miso with Nobu caviar, Moriawase sashimi salad with Matsuhisa jalapeno dressing, sushi Omakase Nobu style, aged Bluefin tuna avocado shiso, salmon belly crispy onion, scallop bafun uni new style, seafood Harumaki with Las Vegas salsa, Japanese A5 wagyu with wasabi salsa and ponzu, foie miso soup, and to end on a sweet note, ceremonial green tea cheesecake.

THE CROMWELL

Experience gorgeous views and indulge in chef Giada De Laurentiis’ California-Italian fare at GIADA. On New Year’s Eve, the restaurant will serve a multi-course tasting menu with decadent dishes such as Golden Osetra caviar, ricotta agnolotti, crab-stuffed lobster, porcini-dusted wagyu, Champagne, caviar and more. The menu will be offered from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Dec. 31.

HARRAH’S LAS VEGAS

On New Year’s Eve, Fulton Street Food Hall will serve a specialty lobster BLT, priced at $20.99. The sandwich is made with New England lobster, tarragon aioli, Applewood smoked bacon, Bibb lettuce and tomato on a brioche bun.

To ring in 2021, Oyster Bar & Grill will serve an array of options including the Oyster Royale on the half shell with whipped crème fraiche, lemon zest and caviar, priced at $23.99 for a half dozen and $43.99 for a full dozen. Additional offerings include butter poached lobster tail served with fennel mashed potatoes, tomato confit, French beans and lemon priced at $85.99, as well as dover sole with dill and citrus beurre blanc and grilled endive and arugula salad priced at $75.99. For dessert, the restaurant will serve milk chocolate mousse, priced at $10.99.

Enjoy a New Year’s Eve dinner to remember while taking in Strip views at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. On Dec. 31, enjoy a specialty prix-fixe menu with a starter, entrée, side dish and dessert. Starter options include a shrimp cocktail with chilled jumbo shrimp and creole remoulade or New Orleans style cocktail sauce; lobster bisque or steakhouse salad. For the entrée, enjoy an 11-ounce surf and turf served filet Oscar style, with sides options of creamed spinach, grilled asparagus or au-gratin potato. To end the evening on a sweet note, indulge in the New Year’s Midnight Clock made with chocolate mousse, raspberry coulis, fresh berries and golden pearls.

FLAMINGO LAS VEGAS

Guests will ring in the new year for the first time at the latest addition to Flamingo Las VegasBugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse. The restaurant will offer a specialty multi-course New Year’s Eve menu, presented in a commemorative souvenir keepsake.

Guests will begin with an amuse of smoked sturgeon and pearls on brioche, followed by an appetizer of Kusshi oysters or seared foie gras. The soup and salad course options include lobster bisque roasted beet and pumpkin salad, or American wagyu beef carpaccio. For the entrée, enjoy prime beef Rossini, pan roast sturgeon or confit jidori chicken breast. The meal is finished with a decadent Stroke of Midnight chocolate dessert.

THE LINQ HOTEL + EXPERIENCE

Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar will offer a specialty surf-n-turf burger on New Year’s Eve, made with Kobe beef and tempura lobster, dressed arugula and bearnaise sauce, served on a toasted brioche bun, priced at $29.99.

Off The Strip Bar & Bistro will offer a special à la carte New Year’s Eve surf and turf dinner with a 16-ounce rib eye, shrimp scampi, seasonal vegetables and fingerling potatoes, priced at $55; and New England clam chowder served in a sourdough bread bowl, priced at $11.

Gordon Ramsay Steak is pulling out all the stops with a multi-course, prix-fixe menu with an exceptional wine pairing for an additional $75. Menu highlights include a bacon, lettuce, truffle made with crispy Berkshire pork belly, watercress aioli and black winter truffle; British-style onion soup; seared Hudson Valley foie gras; Alaskan king crab Rockefeller; 18-ounce bone-in New York steak; 24-ounce bone-in rib eye; Ramsay’s signature beef Wellington; sticky toffee pudding and more.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve under the disco ball chandelier at Martorano’s. Taste your way through a special prix-fixe menu for $89 per person, starting with antipasti selections like Steve Martorano’s famous meatball and salad or fried house-made mozzarella. For the main course, choices include spaghetti D.O.P, chicken Sicilian and linguine fra diavolo. Complete the meal with a salted caramel chocolate cake.

THE HIGH ROLLER

FLY LINQ 

Guests can fly into the new year with Fly LINQ at The LINQ Promenade, the first and only zipline on the Las Vegas Strip. While seated forward, guests can wave to friends as they travel 1,121 feet over The LINQ Promenade. New Year’s Eve tickets are $40 with rides running from 2-10 p.m.

THE EIFFEL TOWER VIEWING DECK

The Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck at Paris Las Vegas features 360-degree city views, with knowledgeable ambassadors on hand to point out various Las Vegas landmarks from 460 feet up. A half-scale replica of the iconic Parisian landmark, the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas, remains the world’s tallest reproduction of the original. Take in the sights on New Year’s Eve from 2-10 p.m.

TAPE FACE AT HARRAH’S LAS VEGAS

Tape Face’s show is an eccentric, whimsical experience that can be enjoyed by audiences of many different backgrounds, ages and languages. The America’s Got Talent sensation does not talk at all, but his show speaks volumes through his amusing routines using sounds, music and laughter.
